Galway Inter County teams have been using the Hydration, Performance and Recovery solution since the pre-season 2017 when the Senior Hurling Team chose Totum Sport as its preferred supplement – going on to achieve a historic All Ireland success that year.

Since Totum Sport has come on board, Galway has enjoyed a golden period across hurling and football particularly with the Senior Hurlers, Minor Hurlers (All Ireland three-in-a-row Champions 2017-2019), Senior Footballers (Connacht Champions 2018), Minor Footballers All Ireland finalists in 2018 and 2019, and U20 footballers and hurlers all using the product.

Totum Sport is also used by Corofin, three-in-a-row All Ireland Club Football Championship winners (2017-19), and by St Thomas’s, All Ireland Club Hurling Winners 2018 and Runners Up 2019.

The partnership between Galway GAA and parent company – Cellnutrition Sport Ltd – will see Galway GAA using product for the 2020 season, with an option to extend beyond that period.

The company was founded in Galway by John Kelleher and is the fastest growing Hydration supplement supplier in GAA, including a growing range of inter-county teams including two of the last three All Ireland Winners in Hurling.

Announcing the partnership with Totum Sport, Galway GAA said today:

“Galway GAA are delighted to announce the continuation of our partnership with Totum Sport.

Totum Sport - Hydration, Performance and Recovery solution has played an integral role in the preparation of our teams over the past three seasons

The Hydration, Performance and Recovery solution will be available for all our teams from Minor through to Senior as they strive to achieve the highest levels of performance at Inter-County Hurling and Football.

Galway GAA would like to thank John Kelleher and his team at Totum Sport for their support. We look forward to an exciting summer ahead.”

Speaking on behalf of Totum Sport, Cellnutrition Sport Ltd Founder and CEO John Kelleher said today:

“I am excited about the season ahead, and about Totum Sport playing a key part of the conditioning of these great Galway teams.

Since we joined up with Galway at the start of the 2017 season, our teams have won an astonishing amount of All Ireland titles, with the Senior Hurlers that same season, the Minors three-in-a-row and Corofin’s stunning three-in-a-row.

The sporting foundations put down in this great country is a real testament to the extraordinary talent here, and to play some part in preparing these excellent players is a great honour for my company.”

Cellnutrition Sport Ltd would like to offer all Clubs in Galway the opportunity to join the Totum Sport revolution. Contact Ian Mallon at Totum Sport for further details – This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
