One Club Committee
This strategic commitment to work closely together is the next step where all GAA codes continue to work together for the future of Gaelic Games in Galway.
Working closer together is crucial for the future of Galway GAA and the wider community. It will help provide equal opportunities and resources for all to participate, compete, and excel in Gaelic games. It will enhance the quality and diversity of Gaelic games by creating a more vibrant and dynamic Gaelic games community that reflects the changing needs and aspirations of society.
It will strengthen the sustainability of Gaelic games by increasing participation and engagement, and by creating more efficient and effective governance and management structures that can respond to the challenges and opportunities of the future.
This commitment between Galway GAA, LGFA and Camogie is strategically important and also a moral and social imperative that can benefit everyone involved in the Gaelic
games community.
We are delighted to mark this initiative with three One Club videos supported by the Gaelic games clubs in Ballinderreen, Oranmore-Maree and Claregalway and a strategic alliance with goals at county and club level. These are a great starting point for any club to begin their One Club Journey and and excellent resource to begin the discussion at your next Club Committee Meeting.
