The GAA community turned out in force to bid farewell to a Galway hurling great and former GAA President Joe McDonagh. Handball News - Michael Mulkerins Runner in National Mens Open

The 40x20 Adult Nationals were held in Belfast on the first weekend of May. Moycullen’s Martin Mulkerrins was runner up in the Mens Open. He was beaten in the final by Armagh’s Charly Shanks with a 15-4, 14-15, 11-5 scoreline. Charly is currently the #1 seed and it was fantastic that Martin brought him to a tie-breaker. Galway into Connacht Junior Football Final
